Your ascent begins at the base of the dome, where you’ll learn about the basilica’s foundation and its historical context. From there, you’ll begin your climb through the inner structure, experiencing the changing perspectives as you ascend.

The first stop is the inner gallery, which offers a unique view down into the basilica’s nave. From here, you can admire the intricate mosaics that adorn the dome’s interior.
